Family Therapy, Beverly Hills & Virtual California
Every family develops patterns. Together, we begin to understand - and change them.
Families are living systems. When one relationship shifts, every relationship feels it.
Family therapy offers a space to understand the patterns no one person can change alone- whether you're navigating estrangement, addiction, blended family dynamics, intergenerational trauma, or the lasting impact of unresolved pain.
Rather than asking who is to blame, we look at how the family has learned to function together. With greater understanding comes the possibility of healthier boundaries, more honest conversations, and new ways of relating.
Sessions are offered in person at my Beverly Hills office and virtually for families throughout California.

Estrangement & Repair
Supporting parents, adult children, and siblings as they work toward greater understanding, healthier boundaries, or thoughtful reconciliation.
Addiction & Recovery Within the Family
Helping families understand the patterns, roles, and emotional impact that often develop around addiction while supporting healthier ways of relating.

Navigating step-parenting, co-parenting, shifting family roles, sibling relationships, and the process of building a new family system.
Intergenerational Trauma
Understanding the emotional patterns, beliefs, and coping strategies that are passed through generations - and creating the opportunity to interrupt them.
Boundaries & Enmeshment
Learning how to stay connected without losing yourself, and how to create healthier boundaries without abandoning the relationships that matter.
Mental Illness Within the Family
Supporting families living with depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and other mental health challenges while strengthening communication, compassion, and resilience.
How I Work with Families
Every family develops unspoken rules.
Sometimes they're about conflict. Sometimes they're about loyalty, responsibility, emotion, or silence. Over time, those patterns can become so familiar that they begin to feel invisible.
Together, we'll bring those patterns into the open with curiosity rather than blame. We'll explore what's serving your family, what no longer is, and what healthier ways of relating might look like moving forward.
Not every family arrives seeking reconciliation. Sometimes the work is about creating healthier boundaries. Sometimes it's about repairing a relationship. Sometimes it's about learning how to move forward with greater clarity and less pain.
My role is to create a space where every voice can be heard while helping the family move toward greater understanding, emotional safety, and lasting change.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who comes to family therapy?
Family therapy can include parents and adult children, siblings, blended families, or any combination of family members seeking support. Depending on the situation, children and adolescents may also participate. During your consultation, we'll discuss who should be involved and what approach best fits your family's goals.
How is family therapy different from individual therapy?
Individual therapy focuses on one person's experience. Family therapy focuses on the relationships between family members. Rather than asking how one person can change, we explore how the family system influences everyone's experiences - and how change in one relationship can positively affect the whole system.
Does everyone in the family need to participate?
No. Family systems work can be meaningful even if only some family members are able or willing to attend. Often, changes made by a few members begin to influence the family as a whole.
Do you work with families affected by addiction or mental illness?
Yes. I help families navigate the emotional impact of addiction, serious mental illness, and the relationship patterns that often develop around these experiences. Together, we work toward healthier communication, stronger boundaries, and greater understanding.
How long does family therapy take?
Every family is different. Some families come with a specific goal that can be addressed over several months, while others choose longer-term work as they navigate more complex or longstanding patterns. During our consultation, we'll discuss what approach best fits your family's needs.
Where are sessions held?
Sessions are available in person at my Beverly Hills office and virtually for families throughout California. Virtual sessions are often especially helpful when family members live in different cities or have difficulty meeting in one location.
